The Bays Healthcare is a not for profit and community-owned organisation, comprising of a Hospital, Dialysis Centre and Aged Care Service.

The Bays has an exceptional team of highly-regarded professionals. At the heart of our organisation is a remarkable team of over 500 staff, 170 volunteers and 200 specialists. We are constantly upgrading and refurbishing our facilities to provide state-of-the-art equipment, facilities and comfort.
We are delighted that our ranking for people who would recommend our hospital was above all benchmarked facilities internationally. Patients rated our maternity service in the top 10% nationally, and the Day Surgery Unit in the top 15%. There was a 96% patient satisfaction score for our Day Surgery Unit. Doctors rated our operating theatres in the top 12% nationally.
The Bays Hospital is located on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, 60 minutes by car south-east of Melbourne.
As we continually expand and broaden our services as the needs of our community change, we are growing our team and are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with Surgical Ward experience and Clinical Nurse Specialists in our key Surgical areas.
