The 176 visa
For migrants to Australia who find themselves ineligible for unsponsored skilled migration due to lack of sufficient immigration points, the Skilled – Sponsored visa (Subclass 176) offers the chance of permanent Australian residency. -
The 457 visa
As the most commonly applied for and granted visa program for skilled workers to obtain sponsorship and employment in Australia, the 457 visa program allows for employment of up to four years. -
The Australian Values Statement
All applicants aged 18 years and over are required to sign a values statement when applying for selected visas. The statement requires applicants to confirm that they will respect the Australian way of life and obey the laws of Australia before being granted a visa. -
The Contributory Parent (Migrant) visas
The Contributory Parent visas (Subclass 173 and 143) allow parents to migrate to Australia to join their children. -
